My name is Flor Hernandez Mrs West central Florida 2010. IB Systems created my web site last year for 2009 Mrs. Florida United States pageant. They did a phenomenal job. I received so much feedback from friends, family, other delegate and even the judges. The judges said that my web site was so appealing it left them wanting to know more about me and they couldn’t wait to meet me.
