I think we should pay more attention not to who is publishing the sensitive materials but who is providing these sensitive materials and most definitely breaching all security protocols. It seems that one Government Agency creates security breach so then another Government Agency can spend tax payers money to chase an owner of the company that publishes that sensitive information.
